Handled all the permitting with Culver City, very smooth and efficient process end-to-end. Ron is always very quick to respond (in minutes!) whenever you need to reach him. Extremely attentive to detail. Will make sure even the smallest of issues is identified and fixed without you even needing to bring it up. Also really accommodating to any late breaking changes you want to make to your plan (though they probably don't want me including that in the review - you should always be a courteous customer and keep the change requests to a minimum once the project has started!). Business office is also very well run and easy to work with. Entire project wrapped up on time and on budget. No issues whatsoever.
